My name is Rick Utgaard.  I am by no means a professional photographer.  I've always enjoyed taking pictures and since I had the equipment, I decided to see if I could offset the expense of my hobby turned business by trying to sell some of my pictures.

For legal purposes I can post any pictures taken in a public place without  permission.  However if you find a picture that you would like removed, I will more than likely be happy to accommodate you. I do, however, retain all rights to any pictures I have taken, regardless of whether you hire me to take such pictures or buy a picture from  me unless it is written in a contract stating such.
